My sims 4 game is having EA connectivity issues.

I have done everything EA help had to offer and PlayStation Help has to offer. I have a cable into my PlayStation 5 that is connected to my WiFi. Every time I press the button “link EA”  in my game, ...

Are you still being prompted to link your EA account?

As for the DLC pop-ups, that's being tracked in the open report here.

Crashing is another issue we're looking into, please post in the thread here for this issue.

Hi, yes it’s still prompting me to link my account. I unlinked it and relinked it like 2 or 3 weeks ago. It’s the same account and it’s not linking through the game. When ever I press it, it will say you’re linked the game needs to restart, and I click yes then it will show an error code while restarting my game. I tried again and again. I’ve done everything you could think of..
