@5wrk3t1awocz try power cycling your Xbox, instructions in the attached thread:
Also as a first step try clearing locally saved data by clicking Sims 4 on your Xbox home screen using the button with 3 lines on it and going to Manage Game and Add-ons. Go to Saved Data and you'll see 2 sets of data, pick the smallest set of data next to your gamertag and choose delete from console. Then load your game and let it carry out a data synch as it's loading. Hopefully this should get you into your game.
Once you're in the game again do you have a lot of saved items in your library? A lot of gallery builds maybe? A lot of households both in your households and in Other Households? Try having a clear out of anything you don't need in your library and if you play rotationally or have previous households, check their household and personal inventories and clear them out. My library is virtually empty and I always clear inventories when switching households. I clear surplus Townies from Other Households daily as more are generated when travelling and if they go unchecked my game starts to slow down and may even crash. Once I clear some out my game starts to perform much better.
I would try these steps and see if they help.
Good luck.
This is interesting, and something I thought about.
I'll have to try this as I have done everything else anyone has mentioned.
Thanks for this advice.
