New Glitch makes game Unplayable

Question

After the last update of Sims4 my game is not working right at all. At first, I thought it was just a glitch that would only last the day but now I am posting because I haven’t been able to play the game for about a week now at first everything‘s fine and then out of nowhere it’ll start by either taking all the Sims away from my household, so I cannot select who I wanna play as, or taking everything away (like no menu no options no nothing) you can see from the photo I have uploaded how my game has been. Can someone please help me with this ? It’s extremely frustrating.&nbsp;

Hello! No i have not been getting any error code or warning. It happens suddenly and without warning, typically when loading is complete but not always. It first just shows my the game with not household sims or information and then when i exit to main menu I just get a blank white screen&nbsp;
