New PS5 and Not Tech Savvy

Question

Greets!I am not a "gamer" but I love to play Sims4 online. I have a new digital PS5 and I'm still learning how to use it, but I'm having a lot of difficulty trying to figure out how I can link my EA account to the PS5 so that I can play my Sims4 game with all my extensions. I've tried to determine a way to download the EA App. Can't find it. I've tried linking the accounts online. I obviously didn't do it correctly because when I open Sims4 on the PlayStation, it's just the base game. I've tried to determine a way to link the accounts from the PS5 and I can't figure this out either. I've tried Googling instructions and they're all over my head.Can someone please help me figure this out and by all means, feel free to talk to me like I'm a complete **bleep**, because I feel like one.Thanks in advance!

Hi, put ea account login into your search engine, log into your EA account from there, go onto your profile and click on the linked account options to see of your PSN is linked with your EA account. If you are it'll show PlayStation network and your gamer tag under linked accounts, if not it'll give you the option to link them there. 🙂
