Not able to change floor level?
So I am using a PS4 but I connected my Bluetooth keyboard and a USB mouse, however no matter what function I use I can't change floor levels. I even tried using Mac Commands and it just moves the camera, but it will not go onto the floor I need to go on.
@jessissim I am not familiar with PC controls for Sims 4, there's a help thread here that lists all the controls for keyboard.
You can also try closing the game out or rebooting your console and connecting the Keyboard and Mouse before you launch the Sims to make sure the game registers that you are using that instead of a controller.
Also check battery levels in both the mouse and Keyboard.
If the help page controls do not help, rebooting your console and plugging in the mouse and keyboard before launching also doesn't help with the keyboard controls and their batteries are new, perhaps you need to post a bug report.
