Not being able to play with my packs.
I play on the ps5. Most of my sims4 packs are installed on an other account since that has PlayStation Plus. However now on my own account I can’t play with those packs installed on my other account. I’m not able to download them either on my own account. This has never happened before. What do I do?

It sounds like you might've been accessing those packs through console sharing. Can you check if console sharing is enabled by logging in to the PlayStation account with PlayStation Plus and navigating to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play?
