Problem activating pack

Hi, are you looking at the pack you brought on the PlayStation store by any chance?? If you are, on PS4 when you check a game or dlc from the PS store it will say the pack/game isn't available as you've already brought it, stops you from buying it again by mistake. If you didn't start downloading it as soon as you brought it (continue shopping or download) you'll find it in your library by selecting sims 4 or by going to the sims game icon on your home screen and going down to the info panel underneath and a choosing addons/dlc, from there it'll take you to all your addons and you'll be able to find the pack to download it 🙂
