PS5 - selection too fast

Usually when selecting social interaction or action command, or purchase it's fine. Every once and a while, I feel like I click something that makes the selection way too fast. Let's say you want to select Kiss; when you go to highlight the command, it is extremely hard to get the cursor to high light the desired command because it's zipping around. 

I feel like it's on me, like I did something similar to accidently selecting "Sticky Keys" on the keyboard. Sometimes I can correct it, by selecting either live or build (depending on where it's doing it), but other times I have to save and quit (which in itself, the too fast to select thing makes a challenge) and reboot the PS5 to get it to stop. 

A. Does anyone have any idea what I did to cause this?

B. Is there away to fix it, without rebooting the game/PS5.
