PS5 SDX and Events Not Working

Question

So I’ve never been able to do any of the events for the sims but now it’s been days and I still haven’t received the SDX. I do not have the SDX button in Game Options, my game is up to date, and I’ve tried restarting it multiple times. Is this just because I’m on console? Please help!&nbsp;

Same I’m on Xbox and the sdx option doesn’t even exist! — also can’t update my password as the email attached no longer exists either, (this puts me in a never ending loop) . Kinda frustrated that consoles have this many issues with this game.&nbsp;
