Purchased Packs Not Appearing On PlayStation

I accidentally deleted the Sims 4 from my PS4. When I re-downloaded it from the library, six packs were missing:

Seasons
Jungle Adventure
Spooky Stuff

Cats & Dogs
Parenthood
Toddler Stuff

These packs were bought in two bundles, which I believe are no longer available. Because of this, they are not showing up in my library, and the individual packs are showing as unpurchased in the store, meaning I would have to buy them again to use them.

I have tried restarting, I restored licenses, I made sure the game and the console were completely updated. I have 25 other packs that were completely unaffected. What do I do???? PlayStation support had no other advice.

    So as it turns out. I was just panicking. These were the first packs I purchased for the sims, many moons ago. Once I calmed down a bit, I realized that meant I had probably purchased them through my dad’s account. Quickly switched over to his profile, and was able to download them from there. Thank you so much for your response however!!

    Hi there @ihaveaplaniswear when I had a similar problem on Xbox I had to contact the place I purchased the content, which was the Microsoft Store. Luckily they helped me resolve it.

    If you purchased them from PlayStation here's a link to check your transaction history. I see you've had an unhelpful experience with their support unfortunately but if that's who you purchased the content from I'd try again and escalate the matter with them.
