Re: Connection is Required error

For some odd reason I can’t connect online on sims 4 PS4 version. I have bought the celeb pack and the city pack but I can’t access either pack and I’m not sure why. I am connected to the WiFi but apparently I’m not on sims

    I’m having the same issue on my Xbox series S, I can’t figure out how to fix it either but it’s good to know I’m not the only one having this issue.
