@EA_Solaire  I'm having the same problem on PS4 and the solution didn't help. I'm definitely on my primary console and restoring my licenses didn't work either. It still just says 'unavailable'.

Can you check your transaction history on the PlayStation website please and let me know if the order has fully processed through there? You can check that by following these steps. 

@EA_Solaire transaction history says I bought the dlc 15 days ago, so that's not the problem.

In that case you'll want to reach out to PlayStation support here so they can review your account with you a bit further and see why the pack is showing as unavailable for you.

If you check your transaction history on the PlayStation website, does the payment show as fully processed there for High School Years? 

I've also tried the above steps, but it just says it's unavailable. The payment has gone through, and it's my daughters pocket money. Can you please help?

If the payment has fully processed through, you'd want to reach out to PlayStation support here so they can look into your account with you and see why the pack is not currently available for you to download.

Hey there, sorry to hear you are having these issues with The Sims. The Games Team is aware of this and is currently looking into it. At this time, we do not know when this will be resolved. Hopefully, it's soon. Keep an eye on all our channels for updates. -Jake

So EA help says it's aware, and you are saying I need to go to ps support.
