High School Years unavailable on PS4

Really hope someone can help me, I've waited all day for this! I pre ordered High School Years, and went to download to my console. It won't let me download, and on ps store it just says unavailable...

    Hello @hey_its_dr584,

    Try downloading High School Years using these steps:

    1. Quit the game if you have it running.
    2. Go to your Library.
    3. Choose Purchased.
    4. Select The Sims 4.
    5. Scroll down to Playstation Store and open My Add ons.
    6. Find High School Years in the list and start the download. 
    7. When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart your game.

I did not work ☹️ i tried this on Thursday and Friday

    Hey there @S33W33D6679,

    If you check your transaction history on the PlayStation website, does the payment show as fully processed there for High School Years?
