Hello there FirstSaxon, I can try to help you out. I've had this problem in the game myself. You could try to reset your sim, and to do this just move the cursor over them and press Circle and X at the same time. Then select "reset sim". You may have to have cheats enabled, but I'm not sure. If resetting your sim doesn't work, I'm not sure how to fix it, but I hope you figure it out 🙂
P.s, you can also reset objects, too.
Okay...you may have to enable cheats for "reset sim" to work properly. Did you try this? If not I can understand, I don't always want to lose the ability to get trophies.
Did you notice if your sim can travel or not? You can try to move them to a different lot. I've heard of problems where the sims only get stuck on a particular lot.
I think you can force your sim to travel if they won't do it themselves. Go to Manage Worlds, select a location, then select "visit". Then you can hopefully see if they don't get stuck on a different lot.
