hello, for the past month or so. My sims 4 game crashes nonstop and it varies each time i load into a game. it can either crash from taking pictures, traveling of a lot, or going into to build or cas mode. the game has became very unplayable and very frustrating. I play on PS5 and everything is updated and my other games work perfectly fine. I only have problems with sims 4. I followed every instruction that has been posted on here, (about deleting and rebooting my system) and it still doesn’t work. i would love to play my game so if you could help it would be very much appreciated. thank you!!

    My sims have been crashing over and over again when I try to travel home .. it’s very annoying I cannot even play the game for a minute literally without crashing … I have cleared the Cache and rebuilt the data base and I deleted the game , packs and kits but nothing seems to be working 

    I have made several reports but it seems as if they don’t really care to fix the issue

    Also having the same problems. Any time I travel, take a picture or enter build/but it totally crashes. I save my game and go to main menu, which will be just a plain white screen so I have to close out the whole game and go back in. Really makes me hate playing it but I want to finish the anniversary event.

    This also happening on PS5. This is my 4th time trying to overwrite or save as a new save and it still blue screens me. I automatically have it send to Playstation but this has been happening since the Sims latest update. I really don't want to play and I cannot the save the same progression and keep the same things over again 😔

    Try disabling burglars in game settings and removing any burglar alarms this worked for me was constantly crashing when trying to save and it fixed it
