How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Newest
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every one besides the children’s kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sitting in the game, loading into a new screen, loading out of a screen. Literally doing anything
What happens when the bug occurs? The graphics go down. Everything becomes super pixelated.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the game with its normal graphics. Not the graphics dumbed down.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I started noticing after the highschool expansion pack released

My graphics go down not only in game but in CAS too. It’s really annoying when I wanna play then all the sudden the graphics look like poo. There is no way for me to adjust the graphics in settings because I’m on console.
