Reaper Rewards keeps Resetting (PS4)

Hi, 

I play sims 4 on ps4 (technically ps5) and the Reaper event keeps resetting on me. I'll do some tasks, save and quit and come back to find I'm back at task one (read letter, ask about ambrosia etc). 

I've claimed a few of the rewards and I can see this progress in the UI but the task list keeps going back to the start. 

I'd really love to participate in the event but I'm not going to do it over and over again and I can't exactly do it in one session! Hope there's a fix for this.
