Reaper Rewards keeps Resetting (PS4)

Hi, 

I play sims 4 on ps4 (technically ps5) and the Reaper event keeps resetting on me. I'll do some tasks, save and quit and come back to find I'm back at task one (read letter, ask about ambrosia etc). 

I've claimed a few of the rewards and I can see this progress in the UI but the task list keeps going back to the start. 

I'd really love to participate in the event but I'm not going to do it over and over again and I can't exactly do it in one session! Hope there's a fix for this.

    I'm having this issue as well. I find it aggravating that this question was asked 4 days ago and not a soul has given any resolution from EA. This is a limited time event!

    I wish my would restart. I can’t finish week 2 so I can’t do week 3.

    I play on PS 5, and my tasks just disappeared in week 2, now it won’t show me Any tasks, only a reaper symbol to remind me how I’ve been SCREWED! I’ve deleted and reinstalled game 3 times. Still the same bs. I’m going back to Sims 2 and 3 and Definitely Not buying new pack unless they fix this crap.

    Seems to have been fixed in the patch, for me at least!! :)
