Recent Update leaving my game ruined

I am posting because ever since the last update my game has become unplayable and at this point so much has become ruined that I don’t want to even try until somebody can help me fix this or someone higher up get it fixed. Firstly I just got business and hobbies and after the recent update the teaching board the whiteboard is completely unusable whenever I try to place it or use it it says call script failed so there’s no way for me to do anything to fix it from my end and obviously it’s very upsetting because that is a huge part of what business and hobbies pack is all about. Secondly, out of nowhere my game has that horrible bug that turns your Sims pitch black. I have no idea what to do to fix this but two out of my Sims are now the same color as my xbox and console controllers. Can somebody please get this fixed for me? I am not able to play the game at all with these issues and I’m just extremely disappointed that it’s been like this.
