Yes, I’ve already tried that. I’m assuming I did because the “thank you for your purchase” email came directly from PlayStation.

Ahh ok, that's very odd and incredibly annoying, sorry that's the only thing I could thing of to resolver your issue, but if I think of anything else I'll update you :)

Id definitely recommend contact playstation then as it seems to be an issue on their end :)
