Hello,
I’m writing because I can no longer play The Sims 4 (PS4 disc — Island Living Bundle) on my PS5 since updates 2.14 and 2.15 were released. The game worked fine before, but now:
Updates 2.14 and 2.15 refuse to download
I’ve seen error CE-108255-1
None of my purchased packs will download, even though they are tied to this disc
The game won’t launch or run at all
I’ve already tried:
Rebuilding the database
Changing DNS settings
Restarting my console
Deleting and reinstalling the game multiple times
Cleaning the disc (which is in perfect condition)
Restarting downloads dozens of times
I have more than enough storage, and my internet and other downloads work fine. This is only happening with The Sims 4, and I’ve spent a lot of money on packs and expansions that are now completely inaccessible.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. I just want to play the game I legally own and paid for.
My other thread was ignored when I expressed that I did not want to delete all of my saves in order to fix this issue that never existed prior to the horrific updates.
Please let me know what can be done to fix this or else I'll never be able to play again or recoup my monetary losses.
Thank you,

All of my packs and both downloads do this for days and won't download.
