Sims 4 game won’t load household Xbox

My Sims4 game won’t load my household it shows them but when I click on it, it shows an empty lot. When I try to enter build mode, it loads as if I’m playing a household with no sims available… I’m on a console, how do I fix it??

Thanks for that info, let's try the following as well:

    1. Turn off Your system completely, let it sit for a few minutes and power it back on.

    2. Make sure your game is up to date.

    • Go to the PlayStation home screen.
    • Highlight the game you're playing and press the Options button on your controller.
    • Select "Check For Update" and install any updates that are available.
    • Restart the Console completely.

    3.  Make sure your console system software is up to date

    • Select Settings at the top of the PlayStation home screen.
    • Choose "System Software Update" and allow any system updates to install.
    • Reboot your PlayStation.

    4. Uninstall and Reinstall the game:

    • Go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Delete.
    • Select a game or application.
    • Set check marks beside the data you wish to delete or Select All.
    • Select Delete > then OK to confirm your decision.

    Hey there @zina1012

Is this happening with all households or only one?

Try moving them out from Manage Worlds view and move them into a new lot- let me know if you can access them once you've tried that.

I had to really finagle with it, but I was finally able to access my household after I deleted the game and all content then redownloaded. BUT now the game is super glitchy and like when I’m in build mode, I can only place one item, then I have to exit build mode and re-enter to place another… I don’t understand why this is happening?? And as to your question, it was only that household I couldn’t access, but all other households would do the same when I enter build mode, it would go to live mode with no sims accessible..

I tried everything you mentioned, I’m on a Xbox X, now I’m able to play, except now when I’m in play mode and want to take something out of the sims inventory, I can only do one object, I have to go to build mode and back to play to move another… same with build mode. I don’t understand why the game isn’t working??? I tried deleting the game and reinstalling still nothing. It’s like this on all my saves??? What do I do to fix it??
