Hi @Violet2212,

Are you seeing any error messages when this happens? Is this happening for all save files, or just one?

Do you see these issues when you play directly from your console instead of using remote play?

For the remote play it does not give me an error message and kicks me out on the Xbox home screen, even after trying to log into my safe file more than 3 times.

When playing on the TV, it will let me play the same save file but it is very buggy, random objects are blacked out and the lighting does not work.

I am not sure if this happens with all my files but I will check.

    @Violet2212 

    Are you only seeing this issue with blacked out objects on one specific lot, or is it all lots on this save file? 

    If so, is this a larger lot with a lot of items?
