Sims 4 will not Sync

Hey! So I've tried fixing this for the last day or so. Every time I open my Sims 4 it won't sync! I've check my network connection (I download at 100mb/s so I think I'm good there) it'll either not sync at all and close the game, or show a progress bar with 0% and possibly reset (?) my whole console. I'm on Xbox one, I've tried clearing my local cache, cycling my console, resetting my console, adding and re-adding my profile, uninstalling and reinstalling, and unplugging it for 40+ minutes. Not sure what to do now! I've got over 90mb of sims data that I do not want to lose.
