Sims won’t load
I have stared a new game and three days later the game won’t load it get to about 75 percent loaded and stops have tried everything I think possible even was on the phone with Xbox still nothing fixed ended up losing years of work

Me too. Are they going to fix this ? Do they want us to actually BUY the new game pack with all this aggravation ?
Me too. It simply shuts down part way thru loading the game. I uninstalled/reinstalled the Sims. I reset my XBox One to factory settings. But the game will not load
I’m having the same problem for the last 2 weeks. I can’t even complete the Grim Reaper challenges because my game won’t load on any account.
Me too. I uninstalled & reinstalled the game . I reset the XBox to factory settings, but it will not complete loading. It simply shuts down to the xbox main screen.
why is there no help for this? my sister is having this problem too and she is insanely upset.
