Sims4 addons missing ps5
Before I pre-ordered Growing Together addon
(maybe a month or two ago) I purchased 4 or 5 addons so I'd own every addon in the game. Today I logged into my account and it's telling me I don't own the new addons or their not installed. However, when I go to my library & addons it's telling me to repurchase them.
A few days ago I transferred all my progress from ps4 to ps5. Immediately when I entered my sims home items where removed from the home and the wardrobe. How do I fix this? On both ps4 and ps5. I shouldn't have to repurchase these packs.
I also streamed my sims wearing the clothing & I may even have decor from the missing packs as proof of once owning them.

If your packs aren't showing in your purchase history on your PlayStation account, you'll want to get in contact with PlayStation support so they can review your account details with you a bit further and see what's happened with your content.
