So I made two sims on the game and I bought them a house lot, built it myself and bought furniture to go with it already. I didn't know that there was a library in which you could buy premade houses. I was wondering if there was some way to get rid of that house and get my household funds back so I could buy a premade house for my sims
You can sell any furniture you bought for the house when you move but not the actual house it's self.
@beautiful_one93 If you bulldoze the current lot your sims are on, you can get the cost of all the furnishings and buildings on the lot if you do it from live mode/build mode.
You can also move the sims out of that lot and sell all the furnishings, and move them back, bulldozing the lot.
Or you can simply roll back to a save you made before purchasing the house. Your new sims that you created should be saved to your library so you can simply put them down in a new save and start over.
