Where’s my bonus items?

    @VampireHeart91 

    In that case I'd recommend you reach out to PlayStation support so they can look over your account details further with you and see why your content isn't available playing offline.

Is your offline play enabled and your console currently set as your primary PlayStation? You can check that with these steps:

Settings-> Users and Accounts-> Other-> Console Sharing and Offline Play-> Enable.

Yes it is enabled.

      Thank you for your advice. Upon reaching out to playstation they said that it is an in game issue that I would need to speak to EA about it.
