Windenburg lots not showing

I just installed the Get together pack on my Xbox Series X and everything works perfect except for one major thing. The lots on Windenburg do not show up. I wanted to move my existing family to windenburg just to see there are no lots and I cant select any lots as shown in the Link at the end of the post as the photo file is too large to upload. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the DLC and it did not work. I also tried creating a new save, and that did not work either. All of the build mode objects show up and all of the Create a Sim items show up as well. The only major thing is the world not showing any Lots, which is one of the big reasons I even wanted to get this pack. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Heya @XdXSorrowXdX 

    This typically means the DLC is not yet fully installed to your console, you can check if the pack is fully installed with these steps:

    • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
    • Press the Menu button on the controller
    • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
    • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

    I'm on a computer and having the same issue i repaired the game and uninstalled then reinstalled with no change. I really am excited to play so please help.
