[XB] Game failed to Save: Error Code 0

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.2.2310
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Growing together, high school years, cottage living, snowy escape, eco lifestyle, discover university, island living, seasons, cats and dogs, city living, get together, get to work, werewolves, my wedding stories, realm of magic, parenthood, vampires, dine out, tiny living, my first pet, laundry day, toddler, romantic garden, industrial loft kit, blooming rooms kit, little campers kit, desert luxe kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot save game, all saved data gets deleted.
What do you expect to see? To be able to play the game without it deleting everything and I can save again
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Are you seeing a specific error code or error message when you try to save your game? 

It usually says error 0 or it won't say anything at all and acts like it saved when it really didn't.

Thanks, I've merged your post in with the main thread on this issue, please try the steps in the accepted solution here as well the steps listed out here. 

If these steps don't help, could you also let me know if you've downloaded and saved quite a few lots, rooms or households from The Gallery into your Library? If so, let's try removing some of those saved items from your Library and try saving again.

Just started getting Save Error 0 on PS4 yesterday. Don't have a lot downloaded from the gallery.

I have recently begun having this issue appear. When I try to save it says “The game failed to save. Error Code: 0”. I have read through this thread and have completed all the steps advised but nothing has worked. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, deleted everything from my gallery, deleted the reserved space and restarted the game, got rid of my saves and tried to save again but the error message keeps appearing. This has only started occurring in the past week, I did not do anything different from the week before.
