[XB] Game failed to Save: Error Code 0

I agree . Another step I tried was Uninstalling my profile and then te adding it back it's crazy on all steps I had done

I didn't I lost everything . But started a new save and did t take pictures after I did a clean on xbox. And so far so good

Hi, I'm having a problem with my sims 4 saving. I had recently bought the growing together expansion pack and this issue arose soon after.

Error code 0 pops up every time I try and save my game. When I reload the game my save is completely gone from the save menu. Aswel as this all the photos in my game have gone black and a lot of rhe lots that I had never played in before have a caution sign above them. Many of rhe apartments in San mysuno I can't click into either as a grey llama fills my screen when I try and click them. I have tried multiple times to restart my console and plug out all the wires and I know it isn't a storage problem as I have loads of storage left on my xbox. I'm just wondering did anyone else have this problem too and is there a solution.

So, I thought it was safe to use the Library. I know it's not safe to use the gallery in my game (and on more than one Xbox one/series S) without getting error codes but I thought my library would be ok. I used rooms I'd created and that seemed ok, no error codes. 

So I tried to download a lot from the library which I'd also saved to the Gallery. Big mistake. Now I'm getting error messages about my saves. There isn't a code this time but every time I start up my game I get an error message that says the following:

The saved data we have on the Xbox network for the Sims 4 is different from the data on this console. It shows me 2 save options to load from, my last game which has successfully saved to my Console and the day before which is saved to the cloud. I choose my most recent game and it does a data synch. My progress is there.

I'm anxious about the next action I take because my game obviously isn't saving to the cloud. There is a massive problem here using the gallery and the library. It shouldn't be affecting people's save files but it's been doing this for years now. I'm adding it here, despite as yet seeing no code because it is obvious to me that it's linked.

I'm just rebuilding my game now, since I had to delete everything in January to try and fix crashing. I hope I'm not going to lose it all again.

What happens when the bug occurs? every time I try save the game 'error code 0' appears and it refuses to save, it also deletes the previous save of that file. Using 'save as' doesn't work either. And when I'm in game and build something then go to a different lot and come back the changes I made to the build aren't there
What do you expect to see? for it to save and progress to be kept in game
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

I have plenty of storage on my xbox after uninstalling all of the other games I had so that isn't the problem, and I've tried restarting the console many times. All other help I find online is directed towards PC users only. This has been going on for weeks and Ive lost many important save files because of it, I cannot play and if this isn't fixed I'd like support or a refund to move all packs I've bought onto my Mac

I started playing today and about 2 hours into the

game. When I tried saving, I encountered the

following error.

The game failed to save. Error Code: 0.

After the first error, the game saved on the second

attempt, and a few hours later, the same error

occurred when I tried to save the game.

eventually saved and exited the game. It seemed

like everything went through as normal until

booted up the game again and found that the

complete save file had disappeared. I have been

playing on that save file since 2020 it is my oldest

and biggest save file it had multiple generations in it.
