XBOX Free DLC’s I’ve had since buying game have all disappeared since new update
I have been playing the sims 4 on Xbox for months now and have loved it and found escape in it despite the debt I’m in now. The game gave me some free packs and stuff like vampire, pets, cottage, etc...
In that case you'll want to get in contact with Xbox support so they can review your account and billing information a bit further and see what's happened with your packs.
