i haven’t used my xbox in a year and decided to get back into the sims but when i went to play the game all of my packs were gone?? but it says i still have them installed?? how do i get them back if i can? will i need to repurchase them?
i wonder if it’s a current issue having the same problem looming for help 🙃 one pack just says download to use and i have it installed and ive tried everything!
my game does the same. as of now there are 3 packs i don’t have access to. the game crashed once, and wouldn’t load me into my homes. i had to create a different world just to be able to load into the game. and even then, 3 packs are uninstalled, and i can’t get them back. i refuse to pay for them again.
i already did reinstall the game when i got back into playing it, also im scared if i uninstall and install it again ill lose my sim family
If ur game sharing make the persons account who ur game sharing from ur home xbox & it should work. If not, try reinstalling the game, not sure why that’s happening but ur not the first to say this.
