Hello.
Recently, I encountered some audio prooblems when in CAS mode-- I can't hear any Sims' voice whatsoever. I uninstalled everything, reinstalled, but the problem is still there. I tried without any DLC, just the base game, and still Sim in CAS mode has no audio even though they seem to say something (animation-wise).
Sorry for any grammar mistakes- English is not my native language.

Do you happen to have your audio settings set to surround sound, but don't have a surround sound system? If so, change your settings so that they're set to stereo. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Thanks so much for the help! You were right, my audio setup on Xbox was on Surround 7.1, which was not the right one. I selected the Stereo one, and my Sims have voice again in CAS!
