I play on Xbox and recently bought Cats and dogs EP and My first pet stuff bundle. I downloaded, installed, launched it and everything was great. The next time I launched the game I got welcome pop-up for these packs again. And this still happens every time I launch the game. So every time that I launch the game, the game thinks that I just bought these packs. It also highlights build/buy and CAS objects with yellow as if they are new although I have used them previously.
Game version is 2.19.4.2310
Packs that I own: City Living, Cats and Dogs, Seasons, Cottage Living, Romantic garden, My first pet

I’m on Xbox series x and anytime my game reloads, the new pack info re pops up and I then have to click off all the new items again in build mode.

I want to start by mentioning that I play on console, specifically on the Xbox Series X. Yesterday, I purchased several packs for the game. However, every time I go to the main menu, it keeps showing me the packs I bought. Additionally, when I enter build or cas mode, everything gets highlighted in yellow as if I just purchased the game again. This issue occurs every time I exit the game and then launch it again; the packs reappear in the main menu, and things continue to be highlighted in build or cas mode. I even restarted my Xbox, but that didn’t fix the problem. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the packs, but the same issue keeps happening.

For context I’m on console (xbox one) if that matters. So I open the game, I sign in as usual, and when the game gets to the home screen, it completely resets as if it were brand new (I have to adjust margins and agree to terms and conditions). Every single time. I then have to quit the game completely, reopen it, and then it’ll finally have all of my save files, but the game still introduces the packs I have like they’re brand new and resets all my game settings every single time. Is this is an EA problem or is it my console? How do I get this to stop as it’s very time consuming to even play the game.

A keep having this ongoing issue where I will start the game, get past the title screen and it will ask me to agree to the terms of service, ok not a problem but then it will introduce me to all my packs that I have had and prompt me to start a new game. I reload the sims to my saves returned but when I start playing it will constantly show me tutorial segments. This is an ongoing issue and keeps happening to me. I hope this gets fixed
I have the same with ‘the game took too long to start’ several times on xbox one as well

So, as I am an xbox one player, I often experience a lot of bugs and problems with the game. I have a lot to report but until now I didn't know how. First of all, the game never starts correctly the first time. Every time I start the game I get an ad that says "the game took too long to start" and the game closes by itself. This has happened to me 10 times in a single hour trying to enter the game. Also, after the revamp of the main menu, I started to experience a problem where when I finally start the game, (after experiencing the aforementioned problem over and over again), the terms and conditions ad appears, and when I go to the main menu none of my saved games appear, so I have to close the game again and open it once again, going through all that waiting time again. Then, when I can finally enter the game correctly after a lot of waiting and many tries, I get each of the introductions for each DLC that I have purchased, as if I had just bought them all, so I spend more time removing each one of them. When I finally get into a game, all Build Mode and CAS items are marked as new. I play almost every day, so as you can imagine, almost every day I definitely have to go through all those processes over and over again. I waste hours and hours trying to get the game to work. (files are shown in Spanish because that is my native language).

My issue is somewhat similar, the game pack screens appeared and wouldn't go away until I used the mouse and then I could press "X" but it keeps telling me I have Sims Delivery incoming. It almost seems random whether it will pop up. If I Clear Reserved Space the pride DLC is not there, but if I Clear Persistent Memory then it is there. Game won't load normally either way. I reinstalled the full game and it's still happening.
Xbox Series X. All packs

Console: Xbox
My partner has been getting this message every few minutes during game play, no matter what he’s doing.
“New content has been installed, but it will not be available until the game is restarted. do you want to restart the game now? any unsaved data will be lost.”
The thing is, everything is installed and accessible. And we can’t figure out how to get rid of this pop up. The game is also up to date.

Hi! My partner is currently having this problem, and I was wondering if you found the solution to this, although it’s on Xbox.
