❗️ [WORKAROUND] Pointer clicks off-target on Macs with display camera notch

Hi! Just received my new MacBook pro with an M1 Pro, and the first thing I did, was open sims 4, but alas, it's extremely buggy and runs on Rosetta 2. Just hoping you guys would push out an update...

    Marked as the solution for workaround visibility

    There are a couple of workarounds to this issue for users with the camera notch in their Mac display:

    1. Look for The Sims 4.app in Applications.  Right-click the app > Get Info.  Then check the box for "Scale to fit below built-in camera" (thank you @SimQARobo)
    2. Play in Windowed mode instead of fullscreen 
    3. Set the resolution to 3024x1890 in fullscreen

Is your Mac one of the new M1 Max/Pro with the camera notch?

    yes my mac is the new 2021 pro

    It's a known issue and seems related to the camera notch in the display. Switch to windowed mode to workaround it.
