❗️ [WORKAROUND] Pointer clicks off-target on Macs with display camera notch

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure how it happened, it just did
What happens when the bug occurs? The mouse keeps going off- I'll have my cursor on the button and it won't work, but if I have it under the button then it will work.
What do you expect to see? The buttons working while my cursor is on the button

Please describe the patch or change you made. I tried removing all mods/cc and it still stayed the same

Unfortunately, pictures don't pick up the cursor, but for every button that isn't in the main menu, or at the top of the screen in build mode, I have to press it with my cursor underneath the button.

This happened to me too I am macOS 13.2.1, windowed actually works fine and then when I switched back to full screen seems to work ok for now. Thank you very much for all you help.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the game and play a household. Then try to switch between sims, or try to switch between the other tabs such as needs/career/relationships, etc. Switching between them does not work. Same thing happens in CAS. All other buttons are only clickable if the mouse is about 2-3 centimeters below where the button appears on the screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? The bug does not allow me to switch between sims of any of their information tabs. It appears as if all of the buttons are only clickable if the mouse is about 2-3 centimeters below where the button appears on the screen. This has rendered the bottom tabs where you can switch between sims and their info pop-ups as entirely unusable.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to switch between my sims and their information tabs as usual and to be able to click on a button and have it work. This bug makes the game very difficult to play, because the buttons are hard to locate, and the bottom tabs (sims and sim info) are completely unusable.

Please describe the patch or change you made. This bug appeared after I installed EA's April 18 update.

I would really like to be able to play the game as normal, but my game is broken by this bug. I can't click on anything because the games alignment between my mouse and the visual buttons is off. This makes most buttons just pretty irritating, but it has rendered the ability to switch between my sims and the info tabs at the bottom of the screen entirely useless. Please help me fix this.

What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot click on any buttons or objects, every time I click it clicks about 50px above where I click.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to click on the buttons and items while in CAS and in game.

It's a base option not gameplay although it does effect it!
