Clearing the Origin cache on a Mac is a waste of time as it only removes a small number of the files required to clear out Origin. Run the Origin reset tool instead https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
even after using the reset app, the pack still doesn’t work in game and I get the same message.
