Hmm, weird because your card is definitely in the GraphicsCards.sgr file
card 0x944A "Radeon HD 4800 Series" $cardLevelHigh $resolutionHighWhich game version are you running? Open the GameVersion.txt file in your Sims 4 folder to check.

Really strange. This bit:

confirms that the game recognises your card. Could you try a game repair?
