Do not have a sims 4 folder is electronic arts
I recently downloaded sims 4, and was having fun, I then wanted to download some mods to make my gameplay more enjoyable. But after checking out all the tutorials and forums, I discovered that my Electronic Arts folder is so different to everybody else's. First of all, I use a macbook pro, and I do have an electronic arts folder, and that is in my documents, in finder. But within my electronic arts folder, all there is is a folder called EA Services, and within that folder is a EA license folder, and that leads to a pdf file. I have searched my entire mac for another Electronic Arts folder, but have failed to find any (some forums mentioned iCloud, I checked, it's not in there). I have run the game more than once, and have enabled custom mods in game settings. I've been trying to find the Sims 4 folder for two days, nothing I found on the internet described my problem. There is only one sims 4 folder on my mac, which is not in the electronic arts folder, but in Origin local content and people said not to touch that one. So the problem is I don't have a sims 4 folder in my documents. Can anyone please help me to resolve this situation? Thank you.
ps. I have no trouble saving the game, and when I hover over the saved games folder it says documents/electronic arts/ the sims4/ save...,but when I search in my documents, it does not show up. It's so weird.

Could you follow this exact file path to try and find them:
Macintosh HD > Users > your user name > Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4
If your Macintosh HD is not showing on your desktop or in the Finder sidebar you can enable it by going into Finder > Preferences > General
It's not possible to do a proper search for the Mods as the Electronic Arts folder is hidden from search results unfortunately.- EA_Lanna
