Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I updated to the most recent update, the 18th of June 2019 one (Mac 1.52.100.1220). Once I opened my game after I finished installing the update, the errors with the camera occurred.
Ever since I updated to the latest Sims 4 update, the one that occured on the 18th of June 2019 [PC 1.52.100.1020 / Mac 1.52.100.1220], the camera has been preventing me from rotating, or zooming in/out.
At first, I thought it was an issue that involved my CC Content, Mods, or the files in my Tray, but I have tried both disabling and removing the files and then opening the game. I've also tried removing my current Sims 4 file and replacing it with one of my backup ones, one that I know was working perfecty fine before the update. But it still didn't fix anything. I've even tried removing my main Sims 4 file altogether, and restarting the game from scratch, but the camera issue was still there.
So now I've begun to think that the issue occured when I updated to the latest update. I'm not sure what to do anyore, other than report the bug itself.
