Foxbury Dorms Disappeared Suddenly? Help?

I've had Discover University downloaded for about a year now, but all of a sudden today, I tried moving one of my sims into one of the Foxbury dorms and both of the dorms just disappeared when the game loaded. Now, both dorms are just completely empty lots, not even the base of the housing is there. 

I uninstalled the university expansion pack from my game and reinstalled it, thinking it would just reset the world (note: I'm not very computer savvy), but it's the same situation even after reinstalling. 

I've attached a screenshot of what I see when I load in to build on the lot. Can anyone help with this issue?
