Gallery News Feed No longer updating in Real Time

Hello all,

I am not sure where to post this--but--up until a few days ago my News Feed on the Gallery automatically updated with new posts, favs, comments etc from my friends in real time. You could watch it as it moved along. Suddenly it has stopped doing this and remains frozen where it was when I signed on. If I click out of it and then go back in it has moved forward. Please can you advise how I might fix this?
