Game crashing after 1.97.42 patch

Hi, i have recently updated to ventura 13.3.1 and I am using the MacBook pro 2020 with 256 GB

I am facing crashes everytime I open sims now 

Apple generated the report for me but I don't know how to solve it:

Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV)
Exception Codes: KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS at 0x0000000000000142
Exception Codes: 0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000000142

Termination Reason: Namespace SIGNAL, Code 11 Segmentation fault: 11
Terminating Process: exc handler [8971]

p.s. i have tried uninstall, open vertical sync, repair function in origin at the moment not sure what else to do now.

    Thanks. You need to try a clean game by moving or renaming the Sims 4 folder. You have Mods in your game that may be causing the issue.

    Whether the creators are trusted or not is irrelevant. Does it happen in a clean game? A clean game is moving or renaming the current Sims 4 folder so the game creates a new one. Do not move any of your current Sims 4 folder contents into the new one but enable vsync in the in-game options. Start a new save and play for a while. Is it crashing?
