I have been at this for hours. At first, the app would crash on the opening screen. I just reinstalling the EA App, emptying the cache, even uninstalled Sims 4. My computer is up to date, has been restarted. UGH.
Now, Sims 4 won’t open at all. I got an error, saying the game was not in my library: it was.
Attempting to reinstall AGAIN.

I am having the same issue! I get the beginning screen and the music plays, but that is it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 5 times in the past two days without luck. I have no mods, I have already deleted them. I cleared the cache. No luck.
