HELP !!!!!
does anyone know how to fix this problem ; My sims 4 packs keep saying " requires the sims 4 & all game updates " I have the base game and everything but my packs aren't working

Traytt06 Again, do the packs show as installed in the EA App? If yes, do the packs load in-game? If the answer is also yes, then there is no problem and you can ignore the message. If the packs are installed but do NOT load in-game, please see the first post of the thread I linked earlier.
I have the packs but it keeps saying " requires the sims 4 and all game updates; see minimum system requirements for pack"
Traytt06 Do your packs show as owned and installed in the EA App? Please check under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons. If they are installed, but don't load in-game, please see the accepted solution of this thread:
