I play the Sims 4 on a Mac and absolutely love it. For the past couple of days I haven’t been able to play. I launch it and it goes Straight back to the EA app. I gave it full disk access EA and the Sims 4 but nothing will work. I’ve gotten rid of all of my broken Custom Content and Mods. What should I do?

I did sonet hong Else for my game to start working again - i went into my folders/downloads/documents in my computer and found Electronic Arts. Then I duplicated the folder, and my sims started working. However my previous households aren’t saved:/, but now I can open the game and play - also with the packs I’ve purchased before.

Did you move any of your data from the old Sims 4 folder into the new one the game created?
