How to allow Origin permission to download pack without prompt window?

I just purchased the Sims 4 University expansion pack, but Origin will not allow it to download without permission. A window pops up saying: "Your download has been paused. Origin needs to download ...

    I've had the same problems and tried to reset origin but it's not getting any better. 

    What should I do then?

      Run the reset tool, trash the app, re-download Origin and try again
