On your Mac go into Documents > Electronic Arts, right click on the Sims 4 folder and select Compress to zip up the folder. Then copy the zipped folder to an external drive that has been formatted as FAT32 (which is compatible with macOS and Windows) or upload it to a file sharing site like iCloud/Google Drive/OneDrive etc. If using an external drive, plug the drive into the Windows machine and copy the zipped folder over. Unzip the folder and place it in the Documents > Electronic Arts folder on the PC. If using cloud storage simply download it then unzip.
