I have sims 4 on my iMac, today I purchased "Discover university", it downloaded on origin as normal and said "ready to play", but when I got into the game the pack didn't show up? This has never happened before so I'm really confused. I have tried everything, restarting my computer and origin, fix game and even downloading origin again, but it still doesn't work. I have very many packs, no mods so i don't know what the problem is? Please help

EA Staff (Retired)@MashaTheQueen This would be apart of the issue, as you should be on the legacy edition of sims 4, I would recommend checking out our Help article here to see if you are on a Metal supported device, if not you would be unable to use that or other more recent expansions.
The thing is my computer has metal support, and I also have "The sims 4 legacy edition". I don't know why to do?

macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra does support the current version of the game. 10.11 El Capitan is the minimum version needed. Legacy Edition is for non-metal supported Macs and Macs running operating systems up to 10.10 Yosemite. I have the latest Big Sur 11.1 update on my MacBook and I don't have the Legacy Version of the sims I just have the normal version.
Could you please attach the Config.log file to a post here. You can find it in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4
