Issue with Rations

Having an issue with ratios; it keeps readjusting and then resizing and showing only a limited part of the screen. still able to open the game and get through the mavis and sims 4 loading screens b...

    Ok. Could you try toggling between fullscreen and windowed mode, it sometimes can force the game to display properly. You can do this by pressing the CTRL, CMD and F keys together.
